Tuesday

Libby & Gavin

Last Saturday, I shot my first wedding as a lead-shooter. I thought I was going to be more nervous, but surprisingly, I wasn't. Thanks to Melissa and Dan for being so helpful in assisting me - you did great! Congratulations Libby and Gavin - I had a lot of fun with you. So glad we had time to do that shoot under the overpass!

Sisterly love...

And then, there was dancing...

Frolic In The Leaves

Dan & Christine

The wedding season is winding down now, and it's my second to last wedding of the season. Dan and Christine had amazing weather for their wedding, but a big cloud moved overhead just as we were finishing up their formals. While walking back to the car, and no rain in the forecast, we got soaked in the 5 minute downpour. Always a great time! Thanks, Anita - I, again, had so much fun working with you!

This little guy had a great smile - made us all laugh!

A few minutes before it poured.

The ring-finger fake-out.

Dan acting a little goofy - he's allowed. And besides, the spontaneity was awesome!

Wendy & Tyler

This was another beautiful wedding - again, with Anita. I always have a fabulous time shooting with her :) The bride and groom were beautiful, the kids were so cute, and the weather was gorgeous. Thanks for letting us be a part of your special day!

Sweet little flower girl.

Oh, the backlighting - I love this shot!

Dori & Marvin

This was an awesome wedding to shoot alongside Anita. The whole day was perfect. The only delay was the ceremony, as the Abbotsford Air show was running late. The Pastor was on the phone with the guys in the tower on the Abby airgrounds, as the Snowbirds were flying over. We waited the 25 minutes until the show was over because they were so loud flying overhead. What a beautiful day though!

I asked the guys to get crazy and play - and they did!

The kids were so cute.

These programs were beautiful (and about 10 pages long).
